Project Overview

Our team took on the challenge, delivering a project that included:

• Cladding, priming and painting the exterior of the office
• Pressure-washing, priming and painting the exterior of the warehouse
• Traffic management and control

The Work
Our experienced team began by preparing the site, ensuring the area was level and stable for construction.

Key phases of the project included:

• Pressure Washing: Pre-existing signage was pressure-washed from the facade of the warehouse
• Priming and Painting: The surface area of the warehouse and office was primed, and 2 full coats of Premium Acrylic paint was applied
• Traffic Control: This project necessitated blocking off a lane of traffic for safe access. 
• Access Equipment: This project required use of a boom lift to be able to wash, prime and paint the tall facade of the buildings.

The Result
The completed project delivers a refreshed new life to the warehouse facility and office areas
